When buying new products you know what to expect and often your main driver will be shopping around to get the best price possible for it. When looking at used and refurbished products there is no ‘ set standard’ and what one person describes as good condition could be another persons poor condition! Buying used and refurbished products can therefore be a concern to many and at MacTwo we adopt an honest and open approach.
We only sell the very best used and refurbished Apple Macs and iPads. Each item is independently tested and given a deep clean, with only the very best listed for sale. We don’t discount devices with cosmetic markings or functionality issues, in fact we don’t sell them!
We are so confident in the used and refurbished Apple devices we sell, we provide the following as standard:
- No quibble 14 day returns period - if the device does not meet your expectations or doesn't suit your needs, then return it for a full refund, no questions asked
- 6 month warranty against any faults with the device
- Brand new Apple Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2 supplied with all refurbished iMacs - why would you want a used keyboard and mouse or even worse a third party one with your beautifully designed refurbished iMac.
