Where have the used devices come from that you sell?
We acquire used devices from a range of sources including businesses, educational institutions and individual users. These could be excess stock or models that have been replaced and no longer used. We thoroughly test and clean all devices before listing them for sale, only the very best quality make it to the store (approximately 25% of all the devices we test).
What condition are the devices in?
All devices are Grade A which means they have passed all functionality checks and show very little signs of previous use. You can expect no scratches to the screens or aluminium and all associated peripherals will be included. We are so confident in the condition we provide a free 6 month return to base warranty with every purchase.
Occasionally we list new products, in their original packaging, these will be clearly marked in the product description.
Do the devices come in the original manufacture box?
We endeavour to ship the device in the original manufacturer boxes but cannot guarantee this. All Apple iMac’s will ship in original Apple boxes however iPad’s, MacBook Pro’s and iPhones may be supplied in brown boxes specifically designed for Apple products.
What delivery options do you provide?
Delivery is provided free of charge on all orders over £99. Standard shipping is 1-2 working days for UK Mainland only - For Macs (iMac/Mac Pro/Mac Mini/MacBook Pro) please allow 2-4 working days while your machine is configured. Orders between £30-£99 incur a £9.99 shipping fee. Orders below £30 incur a £4.99 shipping fee (a £5 discount will be automatically applied at checkout). Working days are classed as Monday – Friday.
Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
Yes- you will receive an update via email listing the courier and the reference number. Typically delivery is made the next working day from dispatch notification.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes – Our delivery service is a signed for service. If you are unable to sign for your order the courier will leave a contact card. You must contact them within 3 days to re-arrange delivery. For orders below £30, no signature will be required.
Do you deliver to counties outside of the UK?
Yes this is possible. Please call us before placing and order for a delivery quotation.
Can I collect my order rather than have it delivered
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service due to Data Protection and Health & Safety legislation.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa Credit & Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal. You will be able to select your preferred method at checkout. It is also possible to pay by Bank transfer, please call us on 01189 569 000 to discuss this.

What warranty is included and how do I claim against it?

I am looking to buy for a business am I able to benefit from your reduced prices?
Yes – a good percentage of our customers are business customers. More information on the benefits for business customers can be found on our Businesses Page.
I am a UK or VAT Registered business do you provide VAT Invoices?
Yes we are able to provide VAT invoices simply contact us once your order has been dispatched and we will issue an invoice.
