In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To request a return contact us by email email@example.com or 0118 956 9000, quoting your original order number and we will provide you with a Returns Authorization number along with our returns address.
Please ensure that the Returns Authorization number is written clearly on the outside of the box when returning your order and that it arrives with us no more than 14 days after we have issued a returns number.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all originally supplied equipment and accessories. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned securely and we will not refund any carriage charges associated with your return
Please allow 14 days from when we receive your returned goods to obtain your refund. All refunds will be credited to the original payment card or account used. Any carriage charges incurred on your original delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You notify us of your intention to cancel your order more than 14 days after delivery.
- The goods are not accompanied by a returns number.
- The goods are returned in a different condition to that when delivered
- The goods arrive back with us more than 14 days after the Returns number issue date.
