Product Purchase and Shipment

All of our computer products are second user refurbished products, unless otherwise stated. As a result there may be some slight signs of wear and tear, such as minor scratch marks on exterior casing etc. We do NOT sell refurbished computers, laptops, tablets, monitors or phones which have obvious or heavy signs of damage or usage, such as large scuffs, scratches or cracks on exterior casing, or pressure marks and excessive blemishes on LCD screens.

We may occasionally offer refurbished computer products which have more significant damage than is usual. This will be clearly pointed out in the description and a price reduction will figure as a result. The same principal applies to new items listed for sale.

All of our refurbished computer products are despatched via a signed for courier service. At checkout you will be given the option to select the most appropriate courier service for your needs. Deliveries will take place between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery of the item. In the event of no one being available to sign for the item, a calling card will be left to notify you of an attempted delivery. The customer will then be required to contact their local depot to arrange for either a re-delivery or collection from the depot in person.

Returns

In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To request a return, contact us by email info@mactwo.co.uk or call 0118 956 9000, quoting your original order number and we will provide you with a Returns Authorization number along with our returns address.

Please ensure that the Returns Authorization number is written clearly on the outside of the box when returning your order and that it arrives with us no more than 14 days after we have issued a returns number.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all originally supplied equipment and accessories. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned securely and we will not refund any carriage charges associated with your return

Please allow 14 days from when we receive your returned goods to obtain your refund. All refunds will be credited to the original payment card or account used. Any carriage charges incurred on your original delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You notify us of your intention to cancel your order more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The goods are not accompanied by a returns number.
  • The goods are returned in a different condition to that when delivered
  • The goods arrive back with us more than 14 days after the Returns number issue date.

Faulty Goods

Please notify us as soon as you become aware that an item you have purchased from us has developed a fault. All devices we sell include our own warranty. See our Warranty section for more information on how to raise a warranty support request.

Warranty

All used equipment that we sell is covered by a return to base warranty, this is typically 6 months in length. Your warranty starts on the date your order is despatched, as listed on the accompanying dispatch note.

Should you experience a problem with your device, firstly familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of warranty (below). If you believe the issue you are facing is covered please contact us in the first instance by email at support@mactwo.co.uk.

Please have as much information about your problem to hand before submitting a support request, including the serial number of the covered equipment, your order number, or our invoice number.
